• Looking for an exprienced Estimator with a P & D background
• You will be estimating “High End” projects
• Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
• Previous P & D experience is also essential

Duties:

• Estimate – strata, residential, commercial ….
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Utilise your technical knowledge
• Analyse plans, scopes and proposals
• Identify and troubleshoot where required

Skills and Experience: 

• Skilled painter/estimator with years of experience
• Painting estimating experience in a variety of areas
• Top Notch communication skills (verbal & written)
• Able to multi-task and manage multiple jobs
• Proficient with Estimating software will be a plus
